Finely engraved map of both America's and Canada's northeastern regions, locates the New England states from Connecticut to Maine and thence to Nova Scotia, the Bay of Fundy, Newfoundland & Labrador. Includes the Gulf of St. Lawrence & the St. Lawrence River to Montreal. Depicts New Brunswick, called Acadia, & the region of Quebec with many lakes but few settlements. A fine ornamental title cartouche in lower right is designed with leaf & ribbon designs. Published by J. Hinton for the Universal Magaine. London. 1781.
